Damien Hirst is a genius at promoting his own work, his pieces have become iconic to this name. I believe they are his "logo's" Even my nan knows who he is by the skull piece only- and this is from someone who forgets her own childrens names. In time i would love my own pieces to have this effect, however i think that time may be years to come in another galaxy...
